Now you see a 59-foot duck, now you don't.
Don't ask me how the giant rubber floaty has gone missing, but on Wednesday, July 16, the art piece was swept away after a bad storm in China's Guizhou Province, according to the BBC. The duck is an installation by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, and since 2007, it has been making its way around the world, stopping in Hong Kong, Pittsburgh, Sydney, and Taiwan, where it unexpectedly burst while on display.
The duck weighs a ton and was sitting on a 10-ton metal structure, but it was still able to get dislodged as the seas whisked it away.
This is going to be the biggest WANTED poster ever. I can't even imagine the reward.
