over the absence of his song.
Singer Iyanya has reacted to a recent report by
MTV Base which reveals their Top 20 Nigerian
songs of all time.
The list which is made up of a number of great hit

surprise over the absence of his song.
Iyanya took to twitter to express his surprise and
disappointment over the omission.
"So Kukere is NOT amongst the 20 Top Nigeria
Songs of All Time!!' Lol wonders shall never
END!!! Ahead Ahead". He twitted.
Iyanya's "Kukere" was released as the first single
from his second studio album Desire (2013).
Upon its release, the song peaked at number 1 on
Top FM's May Chart, Sound-city's Viewers Choice,
rhythm FM, and the Beat FM's Blackberry Top
Ten Countdown. In addition, it peaked at number
2 on Radio Port Harcourt. "Kukere", along with
"Oliver Twist", was played during CEO dancers'
live performance on Britain's Got Talent.
