IT'S been a great year for Hollywood's youngest and brightest and the new wave of stars - including Ariana Grande and Shailene Woodley - were honoured at last night's Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
Shailene won two acting awards in the action and drama categories for her roles in both Divergent and tearjerker The Fault in Our Stars. Her hunky co-stars in the movies, Theo James and Ansel Elgort, also took home coveted Teen Choice Awards surfboards on the night.
In fact, the 22-year-old beauty proved to be the night's biggest winner as between them, Divergent and The Fault in Our Stars won 10 awards.
Pint-sized Ariana, meanwhile, was named Choice Female Artist after scoring a worldwide hit with 'Problem', her catchy track featuring Iggy Azalea which also won Choice Single Female Artist.
Speaking of Iggy, the Australian rapper won Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Artist at the bash and Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Song for her hit single Fancy featuring Charli XCX.
One Direction sadly couldn't attend the star-studded ceremony but the group did provide a video acceptance speech for their adoring fans who voted them Choice Music Group. The band also won Choice Single Group and Choice Break-Up Song for Story of My Life and Choice Love Song for You & I.
Also waving the flag for the Brits, Sing hit-maker Ed Sheeran was crowned Choice Male Artist beating Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake.
Teen favourites Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries dominated the TV categories with several awards each while Keeping Up with the Kardashians was named Choice Reality Show.
Kim Kardashian accepted the prize, joined by her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, in a very glam leather crop top and zebra-print skirt.
Other winners at the Teen Choice Awards included Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Shakira, Adam Levine, Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato.
