KANYE West's wife was taking part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on The Ellen Show.
The short clip was teased on the programme's Instagram page ahead of its airing in the US in two days.
In it, Ellen Degeneres is seen gleefully holding a bucket of icy water before pouring it over Kim's head.
Cue much shrieking from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
Ever the pro, she manages to keep her phone steady the whole team, much to the audience's amusement.
The caption read: "This might be the best selfie @KimKardashian ever takes."
We've yet to see the selfie uploaded to Kris Jenner's daughter's Instagram feed though.
Go on Kim K, we promise we won't laugh.
