MARIAH Carey and Nick Cannon's marriage is apparently beyond saving.
The pair were reported to have split in May and have been living in separate houses ever since, according to TMZ.
And after Nick spoke in detail about his sex life on Power 106 radio in March, it was the beginning of the end for their six-year marriage.
The actor was asked to name five celebrities that he had slept with - one of which was Kim Kardashian who he had a brief romance with in 2006.
He said: "That's easy. OK, Mariah Carey, Christina Milian, Nicole Scherzinger, Selita Ebanks, oh, Kim Kardashian."
Mariah was "humiliated" by his candid interview in which he also discussed the first time they shared an intimate night together.

The website reported that divorce lawyers have been negotiating a property settlement and custody agreement.
Mariah and Nick's two children Moroccan and Monroe are apparently the only reason the couple have been talking.
And after months of negotiation, their divorce is said to be "a done deal".
