The victim reportedly said that he woke up
to meet the young woman on top of him
A woman in the US has been accused of rape after
she allegedly forced a man to have sex while he
was sleeping, Metro UK reports.
26-year-old Chantae Gilman, from Seattle, was
said to have entered into her victim's home
uninvited and climbed on top of him.
The victim was supposedly sleeping 'very hard
due to a long day' and only awoke at about 2am to
find the suspect on top of him.
He reportedly said that she had pinned down his
hands over his head but he managed to 'work his
way out from underneath her' and throw her out
of his house.
The suspect has reportedly been charged with
second-degree rape charge after her DNA was
found on the alleged victim.
However, she has denied the charges and
reportedly told police officers that she suffered
from bipolar disorder and psychosis.
