Chris Brown » has pleaded guilty to assault
following a hearing on his Washington D.C
assault case » Tuesday.
The R&B singer accepted a plea deal in the case
and reportedly told the judge he just wants this
case to go away so he can go on tour.
We previously reported that Brown was charged
with misdemeanor assault for punching a man
in the face » outside his tour bus last Octobe in
D.C. The judge sentenced him to time already
served.
The 'Loyal' hit-maker apologized in court
admitting that the case had tortured his career for
the past year.
Back in April, his bodyguard, Christopher
Hollosy was also convicted » of misdemeanor
assault in connection with the same incident. He's
still pending sentencing.
TMZ reports that Brown only served 2 days in a
D.C. jail but ended up doing 108 days in L.A.
County lockup because the D.C. case violated his
probation in the Rihanna case in 2009.

Tran » was present in court for moral support.
We are hoping he's punished with community
service and some cash, if not, Brown could be
heading straight to jail for the second time in one
year.
But wait, did he fire his former lawyer, Mark
Geragos?
