According to a report by The Sun, MTV bosses have pulled the plug on the US show much to their disappointment.
A source told the newspaper: "There is just no way all the cast will have got visas, so it is back to Newcastle for now."
Not all the GS crowd have been on the wrong side of the law but Charlotte Crosby, Gary Beadle, Vicky Pattison and Marnie Simpson may not qualify for visas.
