Chris Brown gets all deep and emotional on Instagram days after it's revealed he's been dumped

Long suffering Karrueche Tran is said to have kicked him to the kerb

CHRIS Brown posted an emotional message to his Instagram page yesterday just a day after it emerged he had been dumped by on-off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

The controversial star posted a picture of himself in an orange jumpsuit- which he has donned quite a few times- with a long caption, pouring out his heart.

It read: "I been through a lot in my life. Made a lot of mistakes along the way. But through it all I've always been true to myself and through God I've been able to take care of my family! I should regret some things but I think the lessons learned will shape me into a real man. I'm grateful and appreciative! Thank you for life!"

Sources have told TMZ that before the split Karreuche was "unhappy for a long time".
